On December 27th, I turned 40 years old. I decided that I needed to try to do something BIG. I'll be talking to experts in training and conditioning, athlete's at the top of their game, and regular people that have attained extraordinary results.  Join me over the next year as I try to complete a series of races and challenges to benefit 40 non-profit organizations.
